FAQ Services

1. Is permanent makeup painful?

Not at all. The procedure is very comfortable — we use a professional-grade numbing gel before and during the session. Many clients even fall asleep while we work!

2. Is it really permanent?

Not quite. While it’s called permanent makeup, the results usually last up to 3 years depending on your skin and lifestyle. You can get annual touch-ups to maintain the color, or allow it to fade naturally over time.

3. Will it look like a tattoo?

No. We use high-quality pigments and modern techniques that stay in the upper layers of the skin — unlike traditional tattoos. That’s why the results look natural, soft, and never harsh.

4. Do I need a touch-up?

Yes, we recommend a perfecting session (touch-up) 6–8 weeks after your first appointment. This helps reinforce the color, fix any patchiness, and ensure long-lasting results. After that, you can return for a touch-up once a year or every two years.

5. Can I get my eyebrows done if I already had them done elsewhere?

Possibly. Each case is different. We’ll need to see photos of your current brows or have you come in for a free consultation to assess whether we can do a cover-up or correction.

6. What’s the healing process like?

Very smooth and gentle. There’s no scarring or swelling — just a bit of light flaking that usually goes unnoticed. Most clients are surprised by how easy the healing is.

7. How long does the procedure take?

Each appointment typically lasts up to 2 hours ,depending on the area and technique. This includes consultation, design mapping, numbing, and the procedure itself.

8. Can I choose the shape and color?

Yes, absolutely! We design the shape based on your facial structure and choose a color that suits your skin tone and preferences. Nothing is done without your approval.

9. What areas can you enhance with permanent makeup?

We specialize in eyebrows, lips (blush/ombre), and eyeliner. Each procedure is customized to enhance your natural features and individual beauty.

10. Is permanent makeup safe?

Yes, it’s very safe. We follow strict hygiene standards, use single-use needles, and only work with licensed, high-quality pigments. Your safety and satisfaction are always our top priorities.
